the divide between the rich and the poor

 The basis of this music video and the whole purpose around it is to protest against the divide between the rich and the poor, and how somethings needs to be done in order to change this and bring equality into place. 

Wealth in Great Britain is even more unequally divided than income. In 2016, the ONS calculated that the richest 10% of households hold 44% of all wealth. The poorest 50%, by contrast, own just 9%. this statistic which i had found on the website-Equality Trust displays how much of a divide their is between these two classes, and the fact that it is still increasing is alarmingly worrying especially since homelessness has  since 2010 the rough sleeping figure has increased by 52%.

Within this music video I plan to portray this problem by presenting the life from both sides, one with a life of wealth, and the other half being about the life of a person in poverty and what they have to through. the idea behind this is to give the audience an insight to how the divide is and how even the small things that other people would die for is taken for granted by lower classes
